Terms of Service

October 11, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Munimen service (the “Service”), published by Kilian Bodet--Canac, a French sole proprietorship (EI) trading as GetYourStack, SIREN 101 741 965, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France (“Munimen”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service, the customer (“you”) accepts them.

1. The Service

Munimen is a knowledge layer for companies: the Service connects to your tools and files, consolidates their content and answers your teams’ and AI agents’ questions, with the sources behind each answer.

The Service is for professionals acting for their business. It is not intended for consumers.

2. Beta

The Service is currently in beta. During this period it is provided free of charge, unless agreed otherwise in writing, and it may change, be interrupted, or have features modified or removed. We use our best efforts to keep it available, without any service-level commitment.

Paid plans, once offered, will come with pricing terms shared before any subscription. You will never be charged without your express agreement.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for the accounts created in your organization, the rights you give them and the confidentiality of their credentials. You tell us without delay about any unauthorized access you become aware of.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in breach of the law or of third parties’ rights;
  • upload content you are not entitled to process;
  • try to access other customers’ data, bypass security measures or disrupt the Service;
  • resell the Service or make it available to third parties without our written consent;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or to extract its content at scale.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of all content you connect or upload to the Service, and of the answers produced from it. You only grant us the right to host and process it as needed to provide the Service to you.

Your content is never used to train any AI model, neither by Munimen nor by any third party.

6. Artificial intelligence

Answers are generated by AI models from your content. Even with their sources cited, they may be incomplete or wrong: check them before any important decision.

When you choose a third-party provider’s model or connect your own account (for example Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or Ollama), that provider’s terms also apply to that processing.

7. Personal data

For the content you process in the Service, Munimen acts as a processor under the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. For your account data and our exchanges, Munimen is the controller, as described in the privacy policy.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform these terms, during the relationship and for five years after it ends.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand and documentation remain Munimen’s exclusive property. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you have access. Munimen may freely use your improvement suggestions.

10. Liability

During the beta, the Service is provided as is. Munimen is only liable for direct damage caused by a proven fault, excluding indirect damage (loss of revenue, data or opportunity). Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, Munimen’s total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last twelve months, or 100 euros if the Service is provided to you free of charge.

11. Term, suspension and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You can delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or close access in case of a serious breach of these terms, after notifying you unless urgent, or end the beta with thirty days’ notice.

When the Service ends, you can export your content for thirty days; it is then deleted, as set out in the data processing agreement.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes are notified at least thirty days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
